Terms & Shipment
Currencies
- All quotations and invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR).
- Payments made in other convertible currencies are accepted, as the bank will automatically convert them into the agreed currency.s
Trading
- All trade is conducted in accordance with applicable international trade laws. However, if such international trade laws conflict with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, international trade laws shall apply, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
Payment
- Customer orders are deemed accepted upon receipt of a 50% down payment and are non-refundable, as no order can be canceled.
- Other payments, such as shipping costs, if applicable, can be paid at a later date upon delivery.
- All payments must be made to our official company bank account.
- The amount received must be net of all bank transfer fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Payment for orders must be completed within 14 days after the items are declared ready for shipment.
- If shipment is delayed by the buyer for more than 30 days from the ready-date:
- A storage fee will apply, based on a mutually agreed amount.
- Any damage occurring during extended storage is outside the responsibility of PT. Halo Ekspor Indonesia.
Lead Time
- Sample and production lead times will be confirmed before the transaction is finalized.
Packing
- We are fully responsible for packing your order.
- Every item will undergo a strict quality check before packing to ensure it is in good condition.
- If additional wooden crate packing is required, it will incur an extra cost, which will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

Air Shipment

Door to Door Service
Fast and convenient delivery directly to your address via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or EMS.
Airport to Airport Service
Shipment arrives at your destination airport for customs clearance and pickup on your side.
Sea Shipment
Suitable for bulk orders and large-volume shipments.
LCL (Less than Container Load)
Ideal for smaller volumes that do not fill a full container.
FCL (Full Container Load)
Available container sizes 20 ft container, 40 ft container, 40 ft High Cube container
Shipping Documents
All shipping-related documents are provided by our freight forwarding partner, ensuring smooth and compliant export procedures.
Claims & Guarantee
- PT. Halo Ekspor Indonesia is not responsible for risks that occur after the goods leave our warehouse.
- Claims and warranty requests are accepted within 7 days after the goods are received and must follow the terms agreed upon by both parties.
